To change the color of your Start menu, Start screen, taskbar and window borders, go to Settings > Personalization > Colors > Show color on Start, taskbar, and action center. Turn this option on and pick the accent color you'd like to use from the options above. If you'd like your Start menu to be transparent-ish, you can also turn on Make start, taskbar, and action center transparent.

In Windows Server 2003 and earlier, the folder name "Start Menu" changes depending on the localization; for example, on German versions of Windows XP it is "Startmenü". Windows installers generally use the Windows API to find out the real names and locations of the Start menu and Desktop folders. Since Windows Vista, all folders used by the system use the same name as in the English version and only display different names in Windows Explorer.

Wine will start a 64-bit environment by default. You can change this behavior using the WINEARCH environment variable. Rename your /.wine directory and create a new Wine environment by running $ WINEARCH=win32 winecfg. This will get you a 32-bit Wine environment. Not setting WINEARCH will get you a 64-bit one.
