Google recommends using the CSS transform property to use animations without causing layout shifts. Instead of changing width + height attributes, use transform: scale(). To move elements around, use transform: translate() instead of changing the top, right, bottom, or left property. In the image below, I used the Happy Addons for Elementor plugin for CSS transform.

I use iframes on most my projects. They embed things ranging from ads to sponsors to announcements. Allot of people have contacted me asking why the pages take so long to load, and I simply reply "technical issues". The actual pages content loads, it just stays loading. I also use some iframes with 0 width and height with no frameborder.
You can let the browser wait to figure this out (once it has parsed all the CSS), or you can give it enough information ahead of time so that it can start loading the correct image right away. This information can be provided with the width and height attributes. 041b061a72
