Does Sweater Ops Break the Meta?

What’s up, COD players?

After spending a few more hours with the new Sweater Ops, I’ve got some thoughts on how it might be affecting the game’s overall meta. At first, I assumed it was just a cosmetic addition, but there might be more to it than meets the eye.

For starters, the Sweater Ops seem to have a slight movement advantage. I’ve been playing with the new operators and noticed that they feel quicker, especially in tight spaces. I don’t know if it’s the flexibility of the sweater materials, or if it’s just placebo, but they seem to slide a bit more easily through rooms and corridors. The speed boost in close-quarter combat could be a game-changer, especially for those of us who prefer aggressive playstyles. However, it's worth mentioning that tactical gear—like grenades and armor—doesn’t seem to get affected by the outfit, so the tradeoff of wearing a more relaxed look doesn’t really have a downside in terms of firepower.

I also noticed that the visual design of these operators seems to make them harder to spot in certain environments. The camouflage sweaters almost blend in with snowy maps, and some of the patterns are great for hiding in plain sight. Of course, this could be more useful for snipers and players who focus on stealthy approaches.

One thing that worries me is how this might disrupt the balance with players who are used to heavier, bulkier gear. Some folks might feel that Sweater Ops are just “too OP” and break the authenticity of the game. What do you all think? Is this casual look a good addition or does it throw off the game’s immersion?
