Buy Frozen Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Because making a cauliflower pizza crust can be a bit labor-intensive, I like to double the recipe and make two large crusts (or 4 smaller crusts for individual pizzas) and freeze the extras for an easy future meal.
I form my crust on a piece of parchment, then slide it on a preheated pizza stone. Bake a few minutes, then flip the crust onto the stone, peel off the parchment paper, add toppings, then finish baking. Nicely crisped every time with the crust firm enough to pick up and eat by hand.

I made all the cauliflower rice a couple of days ago and kept it covered in the fridge so it was a lot simpler and quicker to make make both dishes. I even whipped up some more of the fried rice for lunch today! Thanks for some amazing recipes!

The secret to grilling pizza is to heat your grill to the highest temperature and once at 450+, shut off the middle burner and turn the back and front burners to low. By placing the prepared pizza directly on the grill grates (in the middle of the grill), your pizza essentially cooks evenly and the crust will not burn.
Cauliflower pizza crust carbs are considerably lower than traditional flower crust which makes this a better alternative for diabetics as well. My dad is diabetic and this pizza does not spike his sugar.
The crust is in fact, naturally gluten-free. Along with cauliflower puree, the dough is made with chickpea and potato flour, egg whites and mozzarella cheese. Because of the versatility of cauliflower, you will be getting some great vegetables into your kids without them even knowing. This was so helpful when I was on Weight Watchers, too and way cheaper to make than a store bought crust!!
Yes, you can freeze cauliflower pizza crusts. Once they are cooled, place them in a freezer-safe bag. If storing multiple crusts, wrap them first in plastic wrap or put wax paper between each layer so they do not stick together. Freeze for up to 3 months.
